Read and Learn with Non-Fiction Books
Use this time at home to educate yourself with books. There is so much to be gained - like self-confidence, health (sleep & nutrition), wellness (mind & spirit), negotiation skills, how to have those difficult conversations and so much more.
What keeps you lying awake at night? What do you wish you were better at? There are probably books you could read to answer these questions.
Here are some ideas to get you started:
Get Healthier with "The Plant Paradox Quick and Easy" by Steven R. Gundry M.D. or "Crazy Sexy Diet" by Kris Carr
Get Personally Inspired with "Go Be Kind" by Leon Logothetis, "Infinite Possibilities" by Mike Dooley or "Daring Greatly" by Brene' Brown
